The Hines Corporation of Houston has the rights to develop the former ConAgra headquarters property between the Old Market and The Riverfront's new mall and lake.

With a mix of apartments, retail and offices, the look has started to shape up and the feel of the intersection at Farnam and 10th Streets has taken on an urban sense.
